Dynamic communication through bold authenticity means stepping out of the comfort zone and trust is one of the key pillars supporting my success. I value my clients' confidentiality and respect the hard work and commitment necessary to realize one's mission.
Due to the proprietary nature of my clients’ work and my desire to protect their privacy, I offer here a quick glance at some of my most recent work. References on request.

Americas Leadership Conference | Orlando, FL
Owners Conference | Las Vegas, NV
Live, in-person experiences and conferences were welcome after the isolating effects of the pandemic. Safety protocols were still in place. On-going employment challenges and financial recovery were hot topics and conference sessions had to reflect appreciation of the herculean efforts made by team members to keep hotels operating.
I worked with four Hilton brands, with 13 speakers, to offer messages of hope, inspiration and appreciation, while celebrating the return to more normalized hospitality practices.

It was such an honor to help two Boko Haram escapees tell their stories for the first time. Sponsored by Too Young to Wed I worked through interpretors to gain trust and break past emotional barriers. In 2018, I worked with these young women for presentations to the Senate, various Washington DC events and meetings, and an interview on PBS News Hour.
In 2019, we were reunited in Vancouver where Hauwa spoke to an international audience for the 2019 Women Deliver Conference. I also worked with the TYTW CEO for the interview style presentation and other media interviews.

This 2019 event provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate Hilton’s 100 years of Hospitality, which I integrated into my creative partnerships with four brands: Hilton, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hampton Inn by Hilton, and one of their newest brands, Tru by Hilton.
I created an interactive platform for DoubleTree to unveil their new Made Market and release the news that their world famous chocolate chip cookie would be the first food item baked and eaten by astronauts on the international Space Station. With milk of course!
I headed a team of contracted creative and technical companies to construct a rocket lift off, complete with actors portraying astronauts; and the DoubleTree Made Market and a Hilton Lobby bar were constructed and utilized in the presentations I wrote, produced and directed the two live, brand-centric programs for Owners. For Hampton and Tru I coached the Global Heads and other presenters, providing writing and editing to presentations.

I enjoyed using my years in theater and television to write, produce and direct intricate programs involving many moving parts, animation, video, live speakers, and raffles. What a pleasure to work in conjunction with various external creative agencies to replicate a Hilton lobby bar and DoubleTree Made Market for our interactive experiences. I hired a trained mixologist with MarkeTeam, INC to demonstrate the showmanship behind signature cocktails and used local wait staff to model BETA tested uniforms.
Working closely with Audience Research and Development I designed an interactive event for the DoubleTree audience, utilizing Real Time Response. I interviewed, selected, and coached outstanding General Managers and Director of Sales across the US to present and interact with audience members, senior executives and brand level specialists. following the event I traveled to McLean, VA for a debrief of the findings.
Orlando Disney Resorts, Orlando, FL
In 2018 the Gary Sinese Foundation hosted a Christmas event for their newly added “Snowball Express." This program specifically provides support and assistance to children under 18, and their families, who have lost a parent while serving in the military. I hosted a workshop and had individual sessions with young people of various ages who are interested in speaking and serving as ambassadors for the organization.
Anaheim Convention Center and Anaheim Hilton, Anaheim, CA
Embracing the “Inspire” theme I worked closely with the Global Head of Hilton Brand to design a high energy, interactive session. I took the audience to a futuristic world of performing robots and Segways, trained to greet and interact guests. Two hours of presentations, that I produced, directed and coached were interspersed with practical demonstrations, music and entertainment.
Simultaneously, DoubleTree General Managers and Directors of Sales went “Back to the Future.” I wrote, produced and directed this themed event, worked with Dodd Technologies to design a full scale set, complete with an exploding clock. I wrote and directed a video parody for the Global Head and hired the authentic DeLorean car, that we utilized in the video and played a role in the live event.
The Hilton Anatole Hotel, Dallas, TX
I had fun with the whole Texas theme to create a two hour presentation utilizing country western line dancers and performers to interact with DoubleTree executives and departmental heads. I convinced the DoubleTree Global Head to ride a 1200 pound long horn steer in a video which I wrote and produced.
Embassy Suites introduced their new Global Head, so we mixed up the more formal presentations (for which I served as coach and writer) with a parody on the Dating Game. I interviewed and hired our external talent and directed the two hour program.

As a broadcast Talent Coach I work with the news, weather and sports professionals standing in front of the camera. I have worked for all major networks and numerous local affiliates in a wide range of media protocols from live reporting, recorded interviews, radio hosts, talk shows, sports color analysis, and meteorological events.

This extensive experience gives me the ideal perspective for corporate executives and professionals at all levels faced with media challenges. Training for product launches, media interviews, and public service announcements in all formats are available.
The years I spent performing on stage and on camera provided essential training for motivational speaking. In case you're wondering, yes, I get nervous too, but I've learned how to channel that nervous energy into something wonderful. And you can too. I love engaging with my audiences and of course, I believe in my message. I believe laughter is not only the best medicine, but I embrace all range of emotion that audiences crave and respond to.
